In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To open and maintain an Account on hwg88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials. hwg88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed for the first time, and may additionally be triggered by unusual account activity or at hwg88's discretion.

During the KYC process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

All deposits on the hwg88 platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hwg88 does not charge any platform-side deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer charges, for which hwg88 accepts no liability.

hwg88 supports the following deposit methods:

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. All content on the hwg88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, database structures, and the hwg88 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of hwg88 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hwg88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
